Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza. When my pizza arrived, my 12 year old daughter came to the door and the driver was extremely rude to her and told her that he was keeping the change. My daughter literally was in tears when we got to the door. She told us what happened and her dad informed the driver that he would not receive a tip in this case. The driver was rude to us and told him "next time I'll make sure im not only late but I'll make your pizza extra tasty" (in a sarcastic voice). My husband told him to leave our house immediately. We called to report the issue and the owner/ manager was extremely rude and told us he is his best driver and they never had a problem with the driver. We decided to call back the next day to speak to someone who can make sense of what was happening and again we were treated with no respect. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service and will not recommend ordering from the pizza man, maple grove location.

WORST PIZZA HUT EXPERIENCE EVER! THE DRIVER DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO DELIVER TO OUR HOUSE. WE ARE LITERALLY 3 TURNS AWAY FROM THEIR LOCATION, LESS THAN TWO MILES.

2 1/2 hour delivery time!! Calls not taken at store, you are put on hold for 20 minutes with a call center in Texas! No conformation of order cancellations! I've NEVER had such terrible service. The only reason I'm writing this review is this is NOT the first time this store has done this

We have not had a problem with them being late, usually a little early. Have noticed that they have become very skimpy with the sauce. We order regular sauce, guess we have to bump up to extra sauce. Other than that, pretty good pizza.
