Paradise Car Wash

I never would have thought that going to the car wash would make my day. I recently found out about Paradise; this was my first time trying out their detailing services, & needless to say I left very happy. From beginning to end the staff was very friendly.  What made the biggest difference was Dalyne (Belland). He was there to guide me in to the service center & personally saw that I was taken care of. He went above and beyond amazing customer service; I have worked in the industry for a long time & I have never been so pleased with an employee.  He not only had the knowledge and experience that I look for in management, but his personality & personal touch was outstanding. I felt very comfortable there.

Now I'm used to car centers trying to sell me a wide variety of additional services, so when he called me around saying that he was going to help me out with something, I was ready for a sales pitch & waiting with a big fat NO. However, what he was showing me was something important... my windshield. I had no idea just how rough of shape it was in. I honestly just thought that it was dirty. He pointed out to me that all of this 'debris' was in fact damage to the windshield itself (I felt it too,  it wasn't good). I even had a crack that I had no idea was there. So I'm panicking because obviously this is a big deal, & I have no idea when I'm going to find the time or money to fix this issue. But before I can stress, he starts going over options that I didn't even know that I had. Long story short, I'm getting a new windshield within about a week & my insurance is going to cover it at no cost to me. Who knew!? Dalyne walked me through the process step by step,& it only took about 5 minutes. I can't express enough just how great he was today and how wonderful my experience has been with this company so far. I will definitely be back! I felt valued as a customer & not once did the process seemed rushed; yet my car was done so fast that I was pleasantly surprised.
