General Info

The Hamel Lions Haunted House was established in 1998. From 1998 to 2008 we haunted 3 different locations, this being our fourth. All of the locations have been donated by local businesses. Throughout the years we were noted by several websites as one of the best haunted attractions in the state of Minnesota. Including a few spots on Channel 9 morning news for our achievements. In 2008 alone we raised over $12,000 and 2,300lbs of food for Interfaith Outreach. This event is completely volunteer and if you would like to help out please apply under the Contact Us / Volunteer page.Unfortunately, for the 2009 season we were not able to secure anywhere to haunt. Teaming up with the Corcoran Lions and the Corcoran Jaycees, and after a year of searching, we have finally found our permanent home, Corcoran Lions ParkAlthough we had a 1 year lapse in haunting, we haven't stopped creating/thinking about how to scare all of our crazy guests. Along with the name change and the addition of the two new organizations, we know that we can make this the best and scariest haunted attraction in Minnesota again! We are already bigger and better than the old one, now all we need to do is get all of you in here. Don't forget an extra pair of underwear!
