        Customer is NEVER right!

        What a classless place. This is a family owned/operated business..need I say more? Daughter runs the front desk, she is rude to staff in front of clients...can only imagine how rude she is when clients aren't around. I've witnessed a new client waiting, waiting, waiting for Theresa (owner's sister) to cut her hair...when she finally got to this new client..there was no remorse for making her wait, the client was very preturbed by the lack of caring..she decided she wasn't having her hair cut there and walked out...Theresa then mouths off in front of other clients about how rude this customer was..blah...blah...blah....THEY HAVE NO CLUE... they roughshod over everyone especially their staff....I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS DYSFUNCTIONAL SHOP AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        Poor Customer Service !!!!!

        Rude staff and management !Stylist blames the customer for her mistakes !They can't get it RIGHT !PRICES ARE DOUBLE the cost of most place.Takes hours to get one service done !Can't follow simple instructions !Poor judgement on their part.
