Western Trailer Park

The operators are good, professional people--especially the manager and acting manager. Yes there is one doper by the name of Art Molina, and he will be evicted in due time. Most of the time, the park is quiet, and, when considering how much just a room downtown costs per week, this place is very fair and affordable

The worst park... plz don't go there the managers son's are dopers the daughter is pot head she is the office person and will attack you verbally if she is having a bad day. There is always drug deals going on.. we called police because we got threatened. another person had to move because they tried to break in his trailer 3 times. The manager is 81 and his dope adult children run the park.. I / we have written letters the park business company out of La Salva Beach, Two other people are leaving as well for similar reasons . We sold our home up north to move to Manteca thinking we could park our rv here while we looked for a home. Les Schwab told me everybody know this is a drug park and managers are ok with it !! trust this review!! m.s.r.d.
