Formal Connection

This place is horrible!!! I've been here twice and they've messed up on my tux rental both times!! I rented a tux last year for prom and when I went to try it on, the color of the vest and tie wasn't the one I ordered. Lucky they had an extra vest and tie in the back my color but wasn't my size, but I had to make it work considering prom was the next day! Giving them a second chance I went back to them this year and it was just horrible!! I went in 2 weeks before the date I needed the tux. And it went smoothly and thought it was going to be okay, the day before the event I picked up my tux and realized the vest and tie was missing. I asked the manager where it was and she said that they didn't have it. She said that it was a custom color and they didn't have it. This being the same manager that helped me and fitted me for the tux. She never mentioned that there was a chance of me not getting the correct vest and tie. Lucky they had the color tie I needed on a manakin and I was able to get the tie off of that but had no vest. So instead of a white shirt with a teal vest and tie. She offered to give me a black shirt and vest with the teal tie. She ended up charging my extra for the black shirt because she said it was an upgrade and was threatening not to give me the black vest because I wanted more of a discount because of the inconvenience. Instead of the manager taking responsibility knowing she has messed up my order. She went into the back room and had the girl in front go back and forth passing messages. She was rude and inconsiderate and I'll never go back to this place again!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
