It provides a wide range of services, such as assembling, processing, solution treating, straightening, aging, punching and nibbling, quality control, shearing and punching. The company also offers close tolerance punching operations, such as aircraft engine parts. Its tool and die department offers machining, profiling, turning, computer numeric control milling and wire cut electric dipole moment operations. Gamma Engineering offers equipment for certified spot welding, rivet squeezing and shaving and various other high production fastener installations. Its aluminum heat treating process is specifically designed for sheet metal and is approved to Douglas, Boeing, Bell and various other prime contractor specifications.
