Established in 1953 in Wichita Falls, Texas, Biggs and Mathews has provided professional engineering and hydrogeologic services to municipalities, governmental agencies, and private clients for more than 50 years. Biggs and Mathews was founded on the principle of assisting municipalities and rural areas with development needs from water treatment and supply, wastewater collection and treatment, and infrastructure development from roadways and drainage facilities, airports, and municipal solid waste solutions. Biggs and Mathews' long standing professional history exhibits the qualities essential for developing quality relationships lasting decades.Biggs and Mathews' professional relationships extend across Texas and Oklahoma. The Wichita Falls office expanded in 1999 adding office locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to maintain quality service to its expanding client base. Biggs and Mathews recently opened a new facility in Mansfield, Texas and maintains office locations in Arlington and Dallas. Through these offices, Biggs and Mathews offers professional services in water systems, wastewater systems, municipal solid waste, groundwater, geology and hydrogeology, construction management, residential/commercial, field services and land surveying.The Biggs and Mathews team includes professional civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, professional hydrogeologists, CAD designers, technicians, professional surveyors, and administrative staff.
