I called in June with an emergency and was told even though she was the only one in suffolk county that accepted my insurance, to call back in September when they will accept new clients. I called back with even more blood and incontinence than before and was told even though my symptoms were quite severe, I could not be seen. They would not even see what Dr Hill would say knowing the situation, very rude and uncaring. Thankfully, there is now another practice accepting my insurance. Surprise! The receptionist heard my symptoms, put me on hold, and I'm being seen this week. That's a true Dr office. Shame on Dr. Hills staff for their lack of knowledge and caring. If this waiting has caused any long-term damage I will be talking with a lawyer.

Dr. HIll is a consummate professional. Her knowledge of her field and the new technologies available is beyond compare. She made me feel comfortable and thru her in depth explanation I felt prepared for my procedure. The down time was short and the discomfort minimal because I opted for the robotic surgery.
