AT&T Store

I won't even give this store 1 star, but I couldn't post this unless I did. I had used this store for over 7 years and now with the new girls in there it is just aweful. They are rude and talked to my elderly parents like they were stupid. I took them in so they wouldn't get into something they didn't need, which is what they did to my son and screwed up my whole bill which took me 2 weeks to straighten out. When Matt and Anthony were there they even helped my daughter who is disabled with her phone. I did so much bussiness in there they knew my first name. They were awesome. I don't recommand this store at all unless these rude, very unplesant girls have been fired or quit. Not all of us are stupid about cell phones or our bills. They are not helpful nor are they knowledgeable about ATT or their pratices. Don't go there!! Take the extra 10 minutes and go to ATT on Bridge Street. At least you have a chance there.
