Dental Examination
Advanced Dental Solutions is constantly evolving and has new equipment like a digital panaromic x-ray machine. The dental examination chairs are comfy and they have TV shows on the ceiling. I could lay there all day! They offer teeth whitening and other procedures for making teeth look their best. Dr. Torbenson is cool. Cassie gives a nice cleaning.

Teeth Cleaning

Resin Composite
Many authors have used various staining solutions to observe the discoloration capacity of various provisional materials. [3,5,8] Generally, acrylic-based and composite resin-based materials have been used for the fabrication of provisional restorations. As these compositions and curing degrees can differ from each other, there are also differences in the staining characteristics of these materials. It has been reported that acrylic-based materials have a homogeneous composition and that composite-based materials have a more heterogeneous composition. Generally, acrylic-based materials exhibited a better color stability than the composite materials, and the authors attributed this discoloration to the oxidation of unreacted double bonds in the composite material. [11,12]Oral rinses are widely used during this interim period, and there have been no studies in the literature in which oral rinses were used as discoloration agents for provisional restorations. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of four different oral rinses on the color stability of one acrylic-based and three composite-based provisional restoration materials after immersion for 3 weeks.. Inaccuracy of presumptive treatment was common for these sexually transmitted infections. There is an opportunity to improve diagnostic accuracy for treatment.

Tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) is a spontaneous condition (present in haematological malignancies and other conditions) or, more frequently, occurring in consequence of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy. [6,19,31] It is characterized by massive and rapid cellular lysis with consequent release of intracellular molecules, a condition that raises the risk of morbidity and mortality, even in patients potentially curable. TLS is defined as the presence of at least 2 of the following laboratory data: hyperuricemia, hyperkalemia, hyperphosphatemia, and secondary hypocalcemia as described by Cairo- Bishop criteria. [1] According to these criteria, the levels of these abnormalities must draw away 25% from baselines or exceed the threshold value showed in table 2. Results of micro CT revealed alveolar bone resorption and widening of periodontal ligament. Histopathological examination showed proliferation of fibroblasts with some round cells and blood vessels in the granulation tissue. At 2 weeks, the outermost layer of the granulation tissue was lined by squamous cells with distinct intercellular bridges. At 4 weeks, the granulation tissue became larger than the perforation and the outermost layer was lined by relatively typical stratified squamous epithelium. Double immunofluorescent staining of GFP and Runx2 revealed that both proteins were expressed in spindle-shaped cells. Double immunofluorescent staining of GFP and CD31 revealed that both proteins were expressed in vascular endothelial cells in morphologically distinct vessels. The results suggest that fibroblasts, periodontal ligament fibroblasts and blood vessels in granulation tissue were derived from transplanted-bone marrow cells. Thus, essential growth of granulation tissue in periodontal polyp was caused by the migration of undifferentiated mesenchymal cells derived from bone marrow, which differentiated into fibroblasts and later on differentiated into other cells in response to injury..
