First Choice Home Equipment

11/08/12 Called First Choice Home Equipment at 2:45p.m. got driving directions, and yes they had my Nebulizer kits w/mouthpiece and gone in less that 5 minutes.

Even my worst enemy doesn't deserve to be given this business as a reference from me. I waited 36 hours for a return call to try to determine if they had an item I needed. I called Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. and got the name of the person on call. I thought "oh, she probably is at church and that is why she hasn't called." Then at 5:30 p.m. when I called again, I thought, "oh, maybe she is a Steelers fan and that is why she hasn't called." Then I waited for the return call until 2:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon and I am thinking---they must all be watching the LSU tailgate party and our customers can just go without until after the BCS bowl." BUT---alas---John called me at 2:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon.. He said, "oh we don't have what you need." And that was that. Look for others to recommend this place but only if you have an exceptionally high tolerance for pain and extremely high patience. I don't have either.
