We understand and we do meet a lot of angry sellers when we perform inspection and provide list of defects that have to be corrected and prices with descriptions on how to. However, if you would be the one buying the house, you would be grateful for the company like ours to inspect and report to you the problem with home you were trying to invest in so you wouldn't be at loss later. We provide professional services and report only our observations and results of moisture testing nothing more and nothing less. We are not here to please people by reporting only what they want to; we are here to do our due diligence and our job
