Dr. Sarita Hithe, DDS

Dr. Hithe's office is one of the cleanest modern offices in New Orleans. However, I had a horrible experience that caused me to withdraw as a patient. I asked her a question and she repilied that she "works better when patients are not micromanaging her".



That's very unprofessional. I asked a question directly related to treatment. I only wish she had shown her true colors earlier on.



She would go several apponitments w/o saying to wear the rubberbands. I addressed this also. She said "If i didnt say wear them, then that means you dont need them". Really lady am I a mindreader?



I even gave her a chance to redeem herself. I had to "schedule" a time to talk with her. At that apt. She told me that I tried to bait her into an argument. What????





I just looked confused, like lady I dont know you to have all of these "assumed personal feelings".



She also said that I should have told her upfront(& schedule a 7:30am appt.) that I wanted to be informed about each montlhy adjustment. (Is that not what she gets paid to do already)



Who wants someone poking aroud their mouth and not informing them as to what's taking place.



She also attempted to talk down on other local orthodontists!!



Funny, when I went to those offices, they all made faces when I said her name....



I just left w/o finishing my treatment.



Word to the wise...ask questions early on to gauge wherther you are a good fit for whatever office u choose.



Dr. Devereaux or Dr.Charbonnet will prob finish my treatment. They have years of experience.
