        My daughter has been attending since kindergarten and is now a green belt. I'm a teacher and very picky about who has an influence on my children and have no problem recommending UTA Karate Manchester to anyone! Master K not only encourages the children while being firm and requiring high standards, but shows genuine interest in them as human beings. He encourages the students to bring in samples from school for him to review and has been known to even give his own writing assignments! He encourages the older students with higher belts to work with the younger students to really build a community. We moved about a year after my daughter started and drive 30 minutes each way several times a week just so we could remain part of that community even though there are other options closer to us.
