The Martial Arts Zone

We love this place! My 8 year old son started working with Chris Konelas about 3 years ago and my husband and I as well as his teachers and family have noticed a significant improvement in his focus, confidence and respect for others since beginning martial arts. Chris and the instructors are incredibly talented, dedicated and good hearted. They teach the important technical aspects, but also the equally important respectful aspects while making it fun for the kids as well. They also do extra things to reward the kids for doing a good job like movie nights, holiday parties, etc. We have been so pleased with the experience that our 4 year old son has recently started and is doing great!



I also take the adult kickboxing classes and it’s an awesome workout for all fitness levels and experience. The class is always different so you won’t get bored and challenges you to push yourself. They have convenient schedules and a clean and friendly environment. As a mom and a student there I can’t say enough positive things about the Martial Arts Zone, we all really enjoy and look forward to our time there each week!
