Royal Airport Service

Upon return from our honeymoon, my husband and I were expecting a drive to take us home. That didn’t happen. We were left at Logan Airport at 2am. When my husband called the dispatch, they said “...there was nothing they could do and to call a taxi.”

I would not recommend using this company unless you want to waste money.

They left us stranded and didn’t send another car. If I could rate 0 stars I would. They were supposed to pick us up. Instead, no one came. The driver didn’t answer his phone and dispatch said they couldn’t send a car. They will leave you out to dry and not care a bit. Do NOT use this company! They are cheap because they don’t mind inferior service or how they affect their clients.

I found Royal online when I finally go fed up with the car services on the NH Seacoast. When business travel out of the region is part of your day the last thing you want to worry about is how you are getting to and from the Airport. Royal was on time, if not early, the cars were clean, the service was excellent and the cost were lower. I would recommend Royal.
