Clean, quiet, affordable, includes all utilities, cable and wifi. Any problems are handled quickly. Great place run by people that care about the safety of their tenants.

My experience with this business has absolutely been atrocious. I should have known from the moment I called to inquire about a room for a client who was unable to find housing. They immediately insinuated that he must be a sex offender or criminal- he is absolutely NOT either of those. There is a lack of communication among the staff (run by family members) and they are truly unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all. Legal assistance will be contacted.
