Walmart - Vision Center

Got a script for contacts and ordered them through Walmart's website. They irritated my eyes so I called back to have them changed. Was denied saying it was wrong prescription. Called to ask why I was denied and was told if you're trying to change your own prescription that's not gonna happen you have to come see the Dr. Told the person well the Dr is the one who changed them because they irritated my eyes. Well sorry you need such and such brand. Ok called and ordered the other brand while the initial charge is still in my card and will take 5-7 days for a refund. Then I get a call from the Dr office again saying the Dr wants to know if you want the brand that doesn't irritate your eyes? Are you kidding me? I told you this in the first place! I can't call cancel and be charged a 3rd time. The person wouldn't even listen to me and told me if the ones I had to ordered bothered me I would have to pay for another exam instead of just getting the ones I ordered I the first place. That's what I get for going with convenience over quality.
