Lambert is the most uncaring incompetent money-driven "doctor" I have ever been to.
I went in after several ER trips, w/ a severe health crisis, concerned & needing answers as I keep being told I need a neurologist but a referral from Primary 1st.

The very 1st thing he said when he came in was an ugly toned "What's wrong with you?". I had a list & told him I would try to sum it up & he snapped back real hateful w/ "You need to make it fast because I've got 3 patients after you!" I stuttered trying to explain quickly what was wrong. He interrupted saying "ONLY 1 SYMPTOM!!...I WILL NOT TREAT BUT 1 SYMPTOM!! You will have to come back multiple times for each symptom."
I said, "I understand you don't primarily treat such severe issues & hoped you could refer me to specialists". He sharply said "I WILL NOT!.. I will only refer you to 1 specialist for 1 symptom & you have to come back for each & I will only focus on 1 symptom!"

So that throws out nearly every common ailment which has multiple symptoms like bronchitis, flu etc.Completely incompetent.

Not to mention his phlebotomist caused major nerve damage when she drew my blood over a yr ago. I couldn't use my arm for 2mos & an full year of neuropathy from head to toe! I didn't even make it an issue. I know mistakes happen.

Rwnd: So I replied "You referred me to 3 diff specialists last time I saw you". (which I didn't request).

This is when he started getting really mad & showing his true colors. He said "I will not for you because you didn't schedule for each symptom last time like I told you to".(I was new patient that visit). So I need to schedule 1 appt for dizziness, another for faint spells, a 3rd for shortness of breath, a 4th for spasm pains etc which ALL occur at the SAME time? Literally.
He made it blatantly clear saying why he would not refer me to the specialists that I needed because I am not one of his reoccurring patients who's foolish enough to let him doop them into his 1 symptom scheme.

This office is TERRIBLE! From the staff to the good old Doctor himself. The staff is unprofessional and rude! I plan on making a formal complaint against this office with the Better Business Burearu. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this innane, unprofessional joke of a doctor.

First I picked 1 star because it wouldn't let me choose none. It started when we received a call from their office. They wanted to inform us that they forgot to give our daughter 2 of her shots. We set an appt. I had to take a day off work to make appt. We arrived 20 mins early, but ended up waiting 2 hrs & 45 mins. Turns out our daughter had her shots! So we waited that entire time just to be told our daughter's height, weight, & blood pressure. I can do that at the grocery store in 5 mins. VERY poor service. We are taking our business else where! Seems its in our children's best interest.
