Royal Buffet

The bathrooms are extremely disgusting and then people and children go into these bathrooms full of feces all over all the toilets and then go out and handle the food I recommend nobody go to this restaurant it is not up to code it is a health hazard if you don't want to get sick or you don't want your children or family to get sick don't go there

I would give this place a half of star ... The alcholic drinks are more like drinking syrup ... Smells crazy when you walk in ... The shrimp have no flavor ... The staff is very small and sometimes racist they will sit all white people together while in the other area are other races ... Very over priced ... And If you want food poisoning... Stomach aches with frequent gagging and runs... This is deff the place to go ... Never again

I got charged a whole bunch of stuff that we didnt have and i asked them they lied took one thing off but wouldnt do others and un cleanliness is a understatement

Some of the food is good, but it's an unsanitary place. The bathrooms are so filthy that I don't want to touch the door on my way out. I've seen a couple of roaches. One time I went I looked in the melted butter & saw a fly that fell in it. I told a waitress & she scooped the fly out & walked away leaving the 'contaminated' butter behind. We told the manager who had it lifted out & she left it at the counter. My mother, knowing that the odds of them taking it in the back & bringing it back out again like it was new were pretty good, walked by & dumped a cup on tarter sauce in it.



If I were to describe a lot of the food I would sum it up in these two words: Why bother? When the food is 'mass produced' in the kitchen it's like they give up on trying to make it taste good. The eggrolls don't taste like what you would find in a real chinese restarant. The boneless ribs are rubbery. The mussels have such a horrible break-apart-in-your-mouth-like-shredded-cheese texture. The american foods are things I would only try once there. If I do go I eat the same things every time because I already know what'll be good in both taste & texture. I wish they tried harder!



The pond looks ridiculous! It looks cheesey & dirty. & why is there a random gigantic cow in it?



The majority of them don't speak english too well. Some of them will just stare blankly at you while they try to figure out what you're saying. Took me like 5mins to get them to put together that I wanted that orange sauce for my sushi.



I really wish they didn't keep their deserted rooms of limits. What's the point of saving tables & rooms for all the people that aren't ever there? In all my time there I've only seen it halfway filled twice.

Royal Buffet in Manchester offers a wide variety of foods including Chinese and American for a very affordable price ($11 per adult). They also have a featured a sushi bar, which is included at no extra charge...my favorite. The quality of their food is superb and the dishes are very tasty, however, desserts are not their speciality (although they have a very elaborate spread). The overall appearance of the restaurant is clean and the staff is always on hand. I can say with confidence that "I will be back" :)

Royal Buffet offers good quality food at a reasonable price. Plus, I had a coupon I got out of my local yellow pages that saved me 2 dollars. The all you can eat dinner buffet is 11.95. I ate there with my mom(I treated her for her birthday). The quality of the food was good and the selection and variety was as good or better than I have experienced at a Chinese food buffet. The customer service was friendly and efficient as well. They also have a lunch special for seniors. I definitely plan on going back.
