Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

We have boarded our dog here several times and have had bad experiences. Once our dog came home with an injured leg which he did not have when we dropped him off. The last time we boarded our dog they would not release him to us. They said they closed at 11 AM (It was Memorial Day) and everything was locked up. First, It was actually not 11 AM yet, it was just before 11, and second, we only live 3 minutes away so it would have been very little inconvenience for them to release our dog to us. Some guy named Pete decided it was more important to keep our dog in a cage for another day so they could get another days boarding fee than to release the dog it's owner. I went over to the business and the doors were still open and several people were still there (including Pete) and they would still not release the dog. Their customer service is atrocious and they do not value the animals they board or their customers. We will never take any animal to this place again for any reason.

Lady and Teddy love coming here to see everyone here. This is like a second home to them I fell so comfortable bringing my pets here it is always so warm and welcoming here.

Great quick and efficient service, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great place to bring your pet, this is the only place I come too.

Oggi loves coming here and getting his grooming service here. He is always happy when coming here and when he is happy I am pretty happy myself.

I have had some bad experiences with some groomers in the area but you guys have done an amazing job!! Friendly service and everything I will definitely be coming back here from now on.

As usual the front staff was very professional and caring. I had an emergency and they took real good care of my dog right away. They examined the wounds within minutes and they were out to give me the outcome and process of what needed to happen. They went back in immediately shaved, cleaned and stitched her up. It is nice to know that my doggy was in great hands.

The doctor was awesome!! His staff was so sweet and caring. This was my first time coming but it wont be my last I will keep on coming back

The facility is great! A+ on how clean it is. I took my lab Scotty here for a grooming, and he look so amazing with his new haircut. I love the staff here, they are a great asset.

I would not trust anyone else with anyone else- I just tell them we're going to Yappie Cuttery and Frosty and Fox bark joyfully and dance around. The grooming is exceptional and the price is great!

We got our dogs groomed by Robin and they always look fantastic! Always friendly staff who loves animals. Dr. Walsh is a very caring vet.
