        Your handy man was here on time and did a great job correcting the problems we had and cleaned up after himself. He couldn't have been nicer. We will call again the next time I have a job that I cn't do myself.

        The person who came to fix my ...

        The person who came to fix my bathroom is not a skillfull person.

        The call centre guys won't pass your message or respond properly.

        They take more time than they estimate so that they get paid more.
