Melco Marketing has been producing personalized calendar pads for the real estate industry since 1977. In the beginning, real estate agents in Washington, D.C. used the calendar as a marketing tool to keep their name in front of prospective clients throughout the year. As the number of agents increased, so did the business, and soon the calendar pad was being used up and down the East Coast and eventually throughout the nation. Perhaps the most important change that took place with the vinyl calendar pad was the addition of the magnets to the back, which allowed it to be placed in statistically the busiest place in the home: the refrigerator. Melco Marketing is an approved supplier for many national real estate companies, including RE/MAX, Prudential, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, GMAC Real Estate, Weichert, Keller Williams, Arvida and Realty Executives.
