If we could give this a 0 star, we would. Completely bad experience.

poor management, incomplete fitness gym (missed deadline they promised to have it completed for tenants).

After lease is up, you are on a month to month, after 4 months they put a vacate premises notice on the door.

When we called the office they said to email. We emailed and there was no response. There is no reason for the vacate notice given on the document, and no one will answer as to "why". They said they dont handle those decisions, corporate does. They told us to email them and they will forward the email to Amgulf Corp. but they will not release the email for Corp. or a telephone number.

So basically, this management "team" is a them vs tenants situation. Once that lease is signed there is 0 accountability on their part for any occurrences or problems you may have INCLUDING BEING SNOWED IN. FOR DAYS BECAUSE OF NO SNOW PLOWING.
