I called another oil company I have used for two years now, an they would not come out, when they say they have emergency services when called before 4pm. I take care of my grandkids, an have a 2 year old that lives here. We are disabled seniors, an we can't get out back to check the tank often. We were told to go buy diesel fuel at a gas station. I was so mad an worried, called Russo's about 10 minutes later. They were at my home within 30 minutes after they called me back to say they were coming.
