The worst experience! Went in November and December to fill my 6 year old son's cavities. I had to pay 75 dollars each time because my insurance didnt cover nitris, which was fine. I went yesterday for my kids cleaning and she told me I owed 150 dollars from the cavaties. I have the receipts that I paid and they still yold me that in their computer it says unpaid. I never recieved a bill and they told me I have to cancel my appt or pay the 150. Unbelievable! Never returning.

Just wanted to say how very grateful I am to Manahawkin Family Dental..I needed a lot of Dental work and was very apprehensive, Dr Sheikh is such a caring understanding and very gentle person..Annie at the desk is awesome..looking up your coverage..returning phone calls..and so pleasant! all the hygenists...Thank You ***** rating!!! The wait time is HORRIBLE for the pedodentist . I waited over an hour in the waiting room. Unexceptable!

They said my daughter had 10 cavities and took x-rays. She said she didn't like the dentist so we went to another, who said she only had 3. Then when we asked to transfer the x-rays they said they use them and we couldn't have them. They charged almost $100 for a photocopy that the new dentist can't use. I suggest you get the numbers for NJ DENTAL ASSOCIATION and CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

Only went once but the wait time is too long for children and the dental assistant staff was very unprofessional . My insurance covered this office, but I am going back to the office I've used for years with my son...Ocean Pediatric Dental and paying cash.
