If you are a person who enjoys looking a little out of the ordinary, like myself, Dr Antebi is NOT your guy. I have 5 facial piercings and before the doctor would even LOOK AT ME OR SPEAK TO ME he told me next time I come to see him to never have my piercings in again. I was flabbergasted. I've had these piercings for over ten years, and I honestly forget that they're there half the time because people usually don't pay them any mind. I asked Dr. Antebi why he doesn't like piercings, and he said "personal preference." I really dont care about your personal preference. You're supposed to be a professional person there to treat anyone with insurance that will make his wallet fat. Well guess what I have insurance, and my insurance pays a portion of his salary, so i want to know how he feels such a sense of entitlement. I mean if he didn't like asian people would he tell them to take off their eyes? or for african american people to take off their skin? We ALL have things that make us a little different from one another, but in the same respect, our differences connect us as one human unit. We are all equal BECAUSE we have differences, and Dr Antebi needs to realize I'm a paying patient just like everyone else and asking me to change my physical appearance just so he can write me a prescription, is DISGUSTING. GUESS WHAT DR ANTEBI THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTS THAT WILL ACCEPT ME, AND TREAT ME NO DIFFERENT THAN ANYONE ELSE, THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. (p.s. I only put one star because I had to, If i could've put no stars, or negative amounts of stars, I would have)

i have known dr antebi for many years. i have nothing but positive attibutes of him. i am know,also, seeing mark zappone. i have to say the same of him. he talks his time w/ you w/out looking at the clock(thats so rude). he is very bright and i appreciate his candor. all is good!!!!!!
