Napa Auto Parts - Jim's Auto Parts

My boyfriend and I were walking down the sidewalk when one of their employees pulled onto the sidewalk in the company truck and almost hit us. My boyfriend had mercy and didn't call the police but simply flipped him off, which should have been the end of it. But the employee got out of the truck and approached us threateningly and said "I'm gonna kick your ass, boy!" I said I was dialing 911 and he turned and came after me, until I pretended I was talking to the dispatcher, when he decided to run back to his truck and drive off.
So we both went in the Napa store told the manager what happened. The manager said "I don't know what you're talking about" in a tone dripping with sarcasm. When we said we'd call corporate, he said there was no corporate office and no one over his head. I found the corporate number in less than a minute.
These people are animals, they do not care about customers or even their reputation, and I can even safely say they are dangerous. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior from an individual, let alone someone representing a company.
