Tanya's Alternations

We are very sorry about your unpleasant experience and will do your next item for free if you ever decide to come back. My name is Alex and I am Tanya's son. I manage some things for her at the store and have investigated this issue. Problem is that it wasn't Tanya working that day, because unfortunately that day she had to be at the funeral of her very dear friend you can ask her about and I was out of the country, so I couldn't replace her.
