A Bouncers Paradise

So unprofessional! I booked a bounce house a month in advance for my daughters second birthday, and was told there was only one available, so I took it. I tried to confirm 3 days in advance via Facebook, but received no response. I called in the morning, 5 hours before the parry, and was told, "oh I forgot that party. When and where is it, and which bounce house do you want?" I chose a different (now available) house, and told the owner when to come to bille park to set up. 15 minutes after he should have been there, he called to let me know he forgot which park, so he was across town and would be there shortly. When he arrived, the gate that allows drive in access to bille park was locked, so he got out of his truck, walked around slamming the doors, shaking, kicking and cussing at the gate and yelling where the toddlers could hear all of it. My husband went to help him carry the bouncehouse into the park, around the gate (which took all of 5 minutes). Then he set it up, and let us know some of the misters didn't work, so he was going to the hardware store to get parts to fix it. When we turned on the water, there were soap suds that hadn't been rinsed out from the previous use, and some of the kids got a rash. He came back to pick up the bounce house (fortunately did t try to fix it while the kids were using it as originally indicated), and he didn't rinse it out (there were lots of wet dirty feet in there). I would never use this company again, I would rather pay $200 a day rather than the $50 he charged and work with a better company.

We used a bouncers paradise for my sons 2nd birthday. We had a water side bounce house it was awesome an great for all ages from 1-10 all the kids had so much fun.. totally going to use them again for our next party an I would recommend a bouncers paradise to anyone!!!!!
