Love this place. The service is wonderful. Bought my Phaff there and have had it serviced 1 year later. wonderful service. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Would like bigger selection of fabric, but they have more since they moved.

Simply the BEST sewing machine repair and maintenance ! Store proprietor Jen Mulder is a certified Pfaff technician (also other machine brands ) who has a well stocked workshop right in the back of her retail store to service customers' se...wing machines. Jen has expertly worked on several of my machines, often repairing the machine in a matter of moments , in my presence , when I have presented minor problems which require a trained technician! For more extensive repairs or service, the time the sewing machines remain in her shop is minimal. Jen's work is impressive, and she is a very kind competent person which sets the tone of her Electric Needle store and her employees who work with her. (Jen's nice husband, Jay, is often present and very knowledgeable. ) Check out Electric Needle's Pfaff Sewing machines, huge stock and variety of quality threads, sewing machine feet/accessories, software, scissors, stabilizers, and other notions. And don't miss the Pfaff long arm machine on which one can rent time to finish quilt tops. The Electric Needle is a fabulous shop which excels in customer satisfaction. Jen has made many special orders for me, so if you don't see what you are looking for don't be hesitant to ask if she can get it! We are very lucky to have such a wonderful store on the west side of Madison .

Wonderful small business, run by the owner. So helpful and knowledgeable! Made time to look at my machine right before closing, and fixed it in minutes. What a wonderful resource for local sewers!
