I registered with QTI in 2011 when they had me come in and take typing tests for administrative work. Nothing ever came of that, no one called me, I called them and they said I need to apply for all jobs I'm interested in. I am graduating with an accounting degree in 2 months and I applied for accounting positions, and updated my resume with an A/P assistant as well as an internship job. Well, a week later had gone by since I applied and updated my resume, and no one called. I called them and they informed me the position had been filled. I checked the website, and the position was still listed. A few weeks later, I applied for a dispatcher job for which anyone could get hired. My roommate suggested applying since they pay $13/hour and the people that get hired are terrible at typing which I thought was odd. No one called me about that position either! Try hard not to go thru any staffing agency as they are making fees off you during the time you are temp to hire or just temp for them. The client pays them more and then they pay you less. Would NOT recommend them... they've never done anything for me. Complete waste of time. Don't apply with QTI.
