Monona Garden Family Restaurant

i had a burger it was o.k. but the waitress sat us took our order & disappeared for 15 minutes she gave us a basket of butter & crackers(every other table had some form of dinner roll in the basket)finally after 15 minutes we flagged down the bus girl to get our beverages. meanwhile we watched her seat a couple (appeared to be her friends)she took the order immediatly and ran straight to the bar to get they're drinks. anyway, feeling neglected we left a dollar tip( the bill $21.00) & said something to the manager who seemed to NOT CARE AT ALL & GAVE ME ATTITUDE ABOUT IT! said "she had a large table" "very busy" I COULD SEE THAT TABLE HAD ALREADY LEFT + SHE HAD JUST SAT HER FRIENDS DOWN NEXT TO US ALREADY AND SERVED THEM!!! as i'm telling the manager about the poor service,i look over and make eye contact w/ the waitress shes telling her friends( the ones she seated next to me that showed up after us and were served before us!!),about the dollar tip "like oh my god these guys left me only 1 dollar"WELL THATS ALL THAT YOU DESERVED! WORST WAITRESS EVER! I'M GLAD WE HAD EYE CONTACT AT THE EXACT MOMENT SHE PICKED THAT TIP UP. ON TOP OF IT ALL, THE MANAGER LOOKED LIKE A SCARY GANG LEADER IN THE MAFIA NEEDLESS TO SAY I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
