Awesome Shop with great customer service. They always help you find the flavor you are looking for and even take the time to talk with and demonstrate certain vaping techniques that can be used. I started to build coils and they have been there showing me the way ever sense.

i have been vaping for over three years. I have been to quite a few shops here in the madison area. I know my stuff when it comes to vaping and i pay attention to detail. Let me just say this. Madvapor exceeds far more when it comes to customer care than any shop i have ever been to. I got my dad, who is disabled, to start vaping two years ago. I give him all my hand me downs. I am a collector. One day while i was outta town he had very little money, he is disabled like i said, and he needed eliquid.I told him that madvapor was right down the street. My dad is extremely picky when it comes to trying new eliquid. Aiden at madvapor became aware of this and knew that my dad was struggling financially. So he sent my dad home with a few bottles of eliquid to try for free. That is how this shop is run. They care. -Ricki

Stopped by Mad Vapor today to get my first kit to stop smoking. I was helped by Aiden (hope I spelled that right), but everyone working or hanging out at the shop gave me great info, too. My questions were answered before I even asked them, and I got a great started kit for a great price. CHECK THEM OUT! I am always up to support a local business, and they make it too easy.
