I look forward to new glasses all because of EYEOPIA. I have been wearing glasses most of my life the experience at EXEOPIA is far and away the best in service and style. It's a candy store of beautiful eyewear! The staff, Stella is my personal fav, makes finding that perfect pair a fun filled experience. Stella put me in a frame I would never have tried otherwise. I am always complmented on my spex, best selection bar none. Thanks Stella and staff.

EYEOPIA...wow...worst customer service ever

Have you ever heard of an eye boutique 5 to 6 hundred dollar frames... that could not get a prescription right...8 weeks later and the prescription is still not right......sent back 2 times....

When I asked the manager what my options were. She said I would have to pay the lenses to be re-done if I was not satisfied. In any case, I have a great pair of designer frames and no lenses. Granted they did get a call from my eye doctor, after they messed up the first prescription. My eye doctor was unclear as to why they had such a problem with the prescription it is not that difficult nor is it that strong. My eye doctor asked them to re-do the lenses. In the meantime, I went to Lenscrafters and got a spare pair to hold me over and use for sports. I had them within 4 days, granted they were not my expensive designer frames but at least they got my prescription right the first time and within 4 days not 8 weeks.



I told this to the female manager at eyeopia and asked how Lenscrafters could get the prescription right and eyeopias lab could not. I asked them to send the prescription lens back and get the prescription right or reimburse my money as I had paid for my lenses in full….

That is when the female manager asked me to leave. She was joined by a friend who was there prior to my arrival. The customer service was shocking, appalling. I have never experienced such questionable behavior or attitude. If that is what a designer boutique for eyewear is all about, I will stick with Lenscrafters.
