        Overall

        Took my Tissot T touch there to be repaired. They charged $50 and did not check to see if all the touch features worked (e.g. temperature, barometer, etc.). Then when I let them know, they said they could send it to Tissot so I could get a new watch for $300. They said they would call to let me know the status of the order and never did. I called them regularly and each time they promised a call back but never did call back. So far a very disappointing experience.

        Very customer friendly

        The personal over here are very nice and helpful. They helped me find the watch I was looking for. The owner Glenn is very knowledgable about watches and clocks. Would tell anyone to go there.
