        I rented a condo from a woman who represented herself as a Century 21 agent in the fall of 2009. She in fact was not a licensed real estate agent. Her husband was, and she was allowed to work in the office, and have access to their files and templates. By spring of 2010, it was clear I had made a horrible mistake. Although my lease said heat was included, it was not. Real estate agents entered my house over 4 times without my consent or notification. My heat and air conditioning was shut off twice, due to the agent's failure to pay the condo dues that were included in the rent. I had to hire an attorney to help release me from the lease. I contacted the president of Century 21 to ask for his help in contacting the owner of the condo, and being reimbursed for my move. This president told me that she was not employed, her husband was, and so I was out of luck with his help. I have reported these people to consumer protection and have filed a civil suit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE AGENTS!
