I got ripped off by Madison Jaguar for $2500. Here's how: I went to Madison Jaguar on Saturday, January 29, 2016 to purchase a 2016 Jaguar XF Prestige. I had my mind set on what I wanted. So it didn't take long to get the sales deal going. I gave the salesman, Joreg Ramirez a deposit of $2500. The deal would close on Monday, Feb 1. Over the weekend, a family situation arose that precluded me going through with the purchase. I called Joreg on Monday and explained my situation. He said, that my deposit would be returned to me when I brought the paperwork in. I went to see his boss, Todd, the next day, February 2, with the paperwork so that he could credit my credit card $2500. He took the paperwork and came back and told me that it is all taken care of. To this very moment, my deposit has not been returned. It's now in the fourth week. What kind of people do business like this. I'll keep pursuing my refund. To all of you, be careful in dealing with these people
