Olga likes to write her own 5 star reviews. Here's the real story. Owner is berates customers, is very mean and overbearing. She doesn't groom dogs herself, has unqualified staff do it. So cuts are average at best, definitely not worth taking owner's abuse. How does she stay in business, has lost so many customers. Even my vet won't recommend her anymore.

I have been Olga's customer for the last three years. My Shih Tzu Mickey is always happy and looks great! We never pay more then $65. I can't believe that someone would ever consider giving bad review. The stuff is always friendly. Even if they are busy, it is very quite. I would recommend these groomers to everyone!

I used to bring my dogs to Olga since 2004, when she was grroming in another location.I was begging her to open a business in my home town because I had problems with other groomers before I met Olga.In 2006 we got a new mix . a yorkiepoo Pebbles. We trust Olga, so we let her travel and compete with our dog. We have never been disappointed or overcharged for our dogs grooming. Even Pebbles was groomed free, since she was in grooming competitions. I have been coming to Elite every 2 weeks, since they opened to give a bath for all 3 of my dogs. Never heard of any problems in the shop. As for big charges you pay for what you get. I prefer to pay Olga, American Groomer of the Year over any PET something where they just shave down dogs. I have met Olga at grooming competitions and had the pleasure of lending her one of my dogs. He was fabulous when he was done and very happy at the end. I would trust her with any of my dogs anytime. To have someone complain about what language is spoken is stupid i guess i'm glad i'm Canadian we were taught to respect differences in culture, speech, and looks. what would you complainers say if I spoke french. and i hate to say it but the correct way to describe a mix breed is MUTT no offence to the "designer dogs" of course. or to the owners that over paid for them.

We've been taking our Havanese Lola to Elite Pet Spa for almost 2 years, and ever since we found it our life having a dog has been so much easier. Lola always leaves there looking fabulous. Olga, the owner has been taking care of dogs for a long time and is well respected in the dog show and dog grooming circuit. Olga and her staff are very nice people who who always take very good care of our Havanese.

-A note to DANNY451 your comments are rude and offensive. To say that the owner of the business you are reviewing wrote a review about herself SIMPLY because the reviewer's screen name has the letter O in it is ridiculous. You then go on to say that you had to wait for your dog to be groomed to pick it up. Well let me just remind you that Elite Pet Spa is a top quality dog grooming spa, not a chain pet store. Yes-you have to make an appointment drop off your dog and as soon as it's ready you get your dog. I don't know if you've never had a dog or what but that is how it is done. At Pet co or any other place. They do have other dogs to groom-not just yours. As as for your final comment. It is not only offensive but borderline cruel for you to say that the owner looked homeless. Have you ever even seen a homeless person? I sincerely doubt it because if you had you would realize how offensive your comment was. If you want to come on the internet and say that you didn't like the way your dog's hair was cut or the way its nails were cut- then by all means feel free but to comment on someones appearance the way you did takes it to a very personal level. Your comment was filled with nothing but venom and it is just plain OUTRAGEOUS and I am in awe at the things people say behind their computers but would never dare to say to someone's face. Olga always looks very professional to me and my family and she and her staff have always been very sweet to Lola. Elite Pet Spa not only treats my Havanese great but does an awesome job grooming her. I would recommend them to any and everyone!

Love this place! Every time my dog groomed nice and had a treat after his grooming done. Olga is the best groomer. She won a Grooming Oscar and tons of trophies in grooming contests.
