I love Mystic Nails. Service is great and the people are wonderful. The herbal pedicure is fabulous and my nails and toes always look perfect when I leave. I will never go anywhere else!

Love the solar nail set Froggy did for me. Really clean edges on the French manicure. Worked fast and very detailed!

OMG! Best service ever! So I'm new in town and asked, a lovely blonde girl that worked at Mellow Mushroom on Lakeland, who did her nails. She said she went to Mystic Nails in Madison. After a horrible experience at Bella Nails in Madison, I was desperate. I was wonderfully surprised at the amazing customer service and excellent skill of the nail technicians! Froggy. did my nails and he was such a sweetheart! He took his time and didnt rush when they started to get busy or when an appt walked in. I have never received such amazing service from a nail salon. My nails look great! I highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be setting a permanent appt with Froggy!

Walked in for a pedicure - nobody was there except one girl who works there. I was told there were 2 people ahead of me - where??? They had signed in. I said well, I'm here now willing to pay for a pedi, so she sat me in the chair with my feet soaking and the other people came back. She then told me it would be another 40 minutes before she could get to me. Very unprofessional. I do like that they have the disposable liners for the pedicure chairs. The salon seemed clean, but they need more people working and people who know how do run a business properly.

Have been here many times with no complaints. Today's pedicure was rushed and incomplete. The tech was nice but lacked experience. I was told this place had new ownership so the standards have fallen waaaay down.

Do not get a pedicure here. The staff is friendly but it does not make up for their lack of skills.

I ordered the most expensive pedicure expecting to be pampered well. My technician was not friendly, she talked on her cell phone almost my entire treatment and was really rough. When she cut the cuticles, I experienced burning around my toes. I am from out of town but I would not come back here if I lived here. I must say though that the other attendant (there were only two) was a VERY friendly girl and maybe if I had her doing my treatment the experience may have been much better!

The most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. Most places are very bright and the workers are constantly chatting to each other. This place had the perfect lighting for a spa atmosphere and had such relaxing music playing. Definitely my new nail place.

If you expect superior service for pedicures, manicures and facials then this place is the one you need to check out. Jasmine does a tremendous job with manis and pedis and Tiffany for facials. The BEST facial I've ever had. She even beat out fancy spa resorts including Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons.
