        Overall

        We love the staff and doctors at All Creatures. My husband and I don't have children yet, and our dogs are like children to us. We couldn't be happier with the excellent care and attention we have received.

        Wonderful vet, GREAT customer svc

        I don't know what the others are talking about (maybe they are rude themselves!) all I have ever gotten is polite treatment. Sometimes it takes a while for them to come get the dog for boarding, but not that long - that's my only complaint and even then, it seems like they've improved. They know my dog by name and they are all fantastic. My dog acts happy after she is boarded there and the vets are great.

        Terrible Customer Relations

        The girl at the front desk today was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. She had a very bad attitude. I dont know her name. She was an african american woman and had such an attitude that I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere if I have to deal with her each time. I have been taking my dogs to this vet for years and this is really uncalled for. Hire professional and friendly people in the future please. Not someone who seems mad at the world and taking it out on people just trying to get good care for thier animals. Unhappy customer in Madison.

        Great vets!!

        All Creatures has been wonderful with my furbabies. They first met me when I moved to Madison w/a dog having problems my previous vet could not diagnose. They worked with me & were wonderful to my dog
