Ms. Neff has extensive trial experience in the state, federal and administrative forums with over 280 cases tried. Ms. Neff served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Missouri for 20 years. She was in the Criminal Division for 2 years and while there wrote approximately 50 briefs and appeared and argued before the Missouri Western, Southern and Eastern Courts of Appeal as well as the Missouri Supreme Court. Ms. Neff served in the Litigation Division for 8 years, appearing in both the Eastern and Western United States District Courts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Next, Ms. Neff was in the Environmental Division for 10 years where, in addition to handling litigation for the Department of Natural Resources, Ms. Neff was general counsel to the Missouri Clean Water Commission and the Missouri Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Ms. Neff left the Office of the Attorney General in 2003 to become the Chief Hearings Officer of the Missouri Personnel Advisory Board. Ms. Neff continued in this position for 7 years. Ms. Neff opened this firm in April 2012. Macon is Ms. Neff's hometown and she has extensive family who live in Macon.
