Can I do less than 1 star? Pathetic service and experience. Rep called and said that he was finishing one last job, 20 minutes away, and would be here between 130-200 pm. At 345pm he sent a text that said he'd be here by 220pm. Showing up over two hours late, he offered no apology as we walked around the car. He knocked on my door 3 minutes later to advise me that the new windshield was broken - the crack was worse in the new on than in the one he was replacing (he apologized for that). Then this morning they text, not a call like the rep promised I would get, and rescheduled my appointment. I have already found a company that is $200 less and has already provided 100% better service. Do not use these people!

Ramone was the tech that took care of me and my daughter. He was so sweet and professional. I recommend if you ever have to go here, ask for Ramone. I promise you won't be disappointed.
