        I would not recommend anyone to this property or any other properties owned and operated by KCM Properties. Huge turnover in management,Cigarette buds and trash is everywhere,The garbage always runs over (which is located at the front of the apartment complex), I am too embarrassed to invite family and friends over, Management will not perform any maintenance in your apartment, Bathrooms flood, Rats, Rodents, Nants, Fruit FliesGym appliances do not work, Carpet is cheap Grass is too high to walk in No play areaKCM properties will only provide an email address and no one will ever respond!!!!!!For the price you can find a nicer community, with staff that are willing to get the job done!
