Overall
Rude staff, if you ever get to...

I give it one star because it won't let me rate it with none.

Rude staff, if you ever get to speak to them. Usually the person you need to talk to isn't available and it goes to voice mail never to be returned.

Long, long waits. It's been this way for years. Not uncommon to wait three hours past the appointment time to have the doctor pop his head in for 10 to 30 seconds to refill RXs. And all that waiting just for a 30 second office visit? He's in and out before you can even open your mouth. I have had to follow the doctor out the door and say hey, I'm having problems with these meds.

Worst day is a Friday and if your appointment is in the afternoon, you may get out around 6:00 pm. Been there done that. No choice of appointment times, they randomly pick a time and give it to you on the appointment card. Make sure that the RXs that you sign that you received are the correct ones. I've had that happen, especially on a Friday.

Poor parking lot design. Too close together. Expect dents and dings in your car. Eat before you go or bring something with you even if you have a morning appointment. You're going to wish you did. No soft drink machine, nothing for patients other than a water fountain. Bring a newspaper, a book, a sleeping bag as you'll be there for hours in the front and likely an hour waiting in an exam room.

By early afternoon, it's not uncommon for rumblings of discontentment to be loudly heard from those still waiting for a morning appointment. Not out of the norm to wait three hours. What is the deal?

They serve a lot of Medicaid patients. Not sure if they overbook because of that or just can't tell time.
