my best friend and i have been meeting once a month for years. we had been frequenting a place that relocated and our bartender moved from macon to atlanta. we tried out the new place and found the new ownership did not cater to you so we have been looking for a place since then. we are not hard to please, we just sit & talk, update our news, have a few laughs.

we always have a few drinks, we like to order several of the starters and just munch along on them. i called before we went to see what was avaliable for a saturday afternoon, but was not told they stop the food at 3pm, evening meal start at 5pm, so it's a good thing we got there at two, it was 2:45 before we new this and managed to get an order in after the waitress told us she was not sure the kitchen was still going. Happy Hour was nice, the drinks we very good accept they did not know how to make a manhatten, but once my friend told them, the bartender got it right the first time around. we did not enjoy most of the starters, the doubled fried wings were to done, hard and a dark brown color, the chicken fingers we okay but you only got three for the price, the homemade chips and blue cheese sprinkles were the best. the waitress did not wait on us until we asked after sitting a while and from then on we had to ask for everything. I asked to speak to the bartender and he was very pleasant and friendly and was the only good experience we had, we would give him a 5. I can only assume we were not regulars nor will we be, although we were hunting a small friendly place to meet each month. so we are still looking....
