Middle Georgia Tent Rentals

Our school rented a small number of folding chairs for an outdoor festival. Even though it was a small job, we experienced a high level of service and professionalism from Middle GA Tent Rental. They did everything they said they would do. The chairs came on time and were picked up at the designated time - late on a Friday night. The employees were courteous. The invoice was correct and sent in a timely manner.

What do you do when you have an event and you rent equpiment and the company REFUSES to deliver?????? And to add insult to injury, I was told that canceling the order would cost me 50% of the rental fee because they could have rented to someone else!!!!! This is a poor excuse for a company!!!! When I asked to speak with the owner, he was NO BETTER, if not WORSE than the employees!!!! How are you going to be a tent/party rental place and not be open for business on the weekends???? Is that NOT when most "events" take place???? I would not recommend that ANYONE use this company!!! If indeed the time of year is very busy, then seize the opportunity to beef up employment to accommodate guests and customers!!!!!!!!
