Jill has closed on each of our homes here in Macon. My husband is military - we've bought six homes in the last 22 years. We have bought two homes and refinanced one of them through Jill's office. Our closings have been relaxed, friendly, fun experiences. Who can say that about closing on their home? Not many! Mark and I enjoyed working with Jill and will continue to use her office whenever we buy, sell, or refinance a home. Jill is a class act.

Jill Thompson is not a professional closing attorney at all and doesn't maintain the best interest of her clients in my opinion, will never hire her again. Professional attorneys pull there own titles and access issues if any on there own not call all around town asking other attorneys for information she should be obtaining herself. My wife had a terrible experience with this clown but we was able to close this same transaction with another attorney without any problems or issues. If you think about hiring this attorney for anything think again LOL.

My experience with Jill Thompson has been seriously disappointing. During a transaction, Jill was negligent, and when learning of her error, she did nothing to correct it. Although when I spoke with Jill over the phone, she stated she would take care of the error. Over a year later, it came back to cost me more money. Jill is deceptive, and negligent in her duties as a closing attorney. I was a former real estate agent, I have been to many real state closings, and this was the first experience I have had with a closing attorney who lacked in diligence. Attorney's do have a code of ethic they are to follow and correcting a mistake once you know of it, is one of those. Not doing so, can leave an attorney open for malpractice.
