HT&RC is a medical resource for patients who truly want to resolve hair loss. Founded by ISHRS member Dr. Arthur Gray, HT&RC brings together all the FDA-approved and clinically proven treatments for hair loss and combines them with expert FUE and FUT surgical restoration procedures. More than just replacing lost hair, our practice prioritizes diagnosis, resolution of disorders, and hair-loss prevention. We are the only practice in Georgia, and one of just a few nationwide, offering expert FUE & FUT hair transplant surgeries, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) & ACell treatments, and the Cesare Ragazzi CNC custom prosthesis system from a single location. Dr. Arthur Gray has always been passionate about helping people. As early as three years old, he told others his desire to be a doctor and never once doubted his decision. After receiving his pre-medical degree at Emory University majoring in chemistry, he attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia, where, after medical school, he also completed Anesthesiology Residency training. He received the Top Resident Award and then became Board Certified. Since 1984, Dr. Gray has worked as a board-certified Anesthesiologist. “I've been good with my hands all my life, and I felt I had the compassion and work ethic to do well as a surgeon.” Today he is a member of the distinguished International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). This worldwide organization sets the standard for physicians specializing in hair restoration surgery. Gaining membership in the ISHRS was a crowning achievement for a surgeon so committed to innovating through ethics and excellence. Dr. Gray’s approach is clinical, surgical, medical, and diagnostic.
